TEXAS - An artificial intelligence computer system designed by researchers at Texas A&M University can predict with more than 90 percent accuracy which Death Row inmates will actually be executed, according to its designers. The computer system, which is designed to function like a human brain and can learn, found that the chief factor in determining which inmates will ultimately be executed is their level of education - not race or poverty.
