Ron Molnar speaks frankly when it comes to the Racine County Sheriff’s Department. “There’s a lack of leadership and a lack of managing resources,” he said. As the only Republican candidate who doesn’t work for the department, he doesn’t have to worry about hurting his co-workers’ feelings or returning to a job where he challenged superiors.
