SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Authorities are investigating the death of a California state prison inmate locked up in Oklahoma. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation says the death of 33-year-old Todd Bush was ruled a homicide following an autopsy by the Oklahoma medical examiner's office this week. Bush was found unresponsive in his cell at the private North Fork Correctional Facility in March and was pronounced dead at the hospital. Read More. |
