CINCINNATI (AP) — A crime victim advocate's use of decks of cards intended to help solve cold-case homicides is getting a boost from some Cincinnati officials. City officials have pledged to help Hope Dudley produce the decks of cards that she wants to get into the hands of inmates and others who might have information on the cases. Each card features the victim of an unsolved killing. Dudley, who runs the support group UCanSpeakForMe, showed off the cards to members of the city council's law committee on Monday.
