PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — An ACI inmate who walked away from minimum security work detail this week is now back in police custody. According to state police, Keurys Pena, 25, who also goes by Michael Santana, was spotted walking on Daboll Street in Providence at about 1:40 p.m. Wednesday and was apprehended without incident. Pena was working at the Prison Industries Building on ACI grounds Monday afternoon when he wandered off. Read More. |
