DRAPER, Utah — An inmate at the Utah State Prison in Draper died Sunday, a day after he was found hanging in his cell. Utah Department of Corrections officials say 67-year-old Allen Davies committed suicide. Medical personnel were able to help him regain a pulse at the prison and he was taken to a hospital, where he died early Sunday. Read More. |
