| Correctional center has new warden |

Alana Boyles recently took over the duties of warden of the Chillicothe Correctional Center. Mrs. Boyles, of Maryville, arrived in Chillicothe nearly a month ago to take over the head position of the correctional center. The official announcement was made last week by the Missouri Department of Corrections in a news release from David Owen, communications director for the Missouri Department of Corrections. The new warden has served nearly 20 years with the department. Warden Boyles began her career in 1995 as a Caseworker 1 at the Western Correctional Center in Cameron. In 1996, she transferred to the Maryville Treatment Center, where she was promoted to Caseworker II and Functional Unit Manager in 1997. Read More. |
