ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —The state’s Corrections Department recently ordered a statewide lockdown of all 11 prison facilities as a part of a periodic review. For 10 days, officers and staff have reviewed procedures, searched and cleared housing units, cells and inmates and took account of the current condition of facilities.
