DERBY — Vermont State police say a man convicted of killing his 80-year-old mother in 2008 was found dead in his Derby home. Police said in a news release that the cause of death for Kenneth Heath, 66, is not considered suspicious, based on his medical history. His body was found Friday, and an autopsy will be performed by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Burlington to determine his cause of death. Read More. |
