CCA's Kit Carson Correctional Center has named Kristopher Kline as Warden and Luis A. Rosa Jr. assistant warden. In his role as warden, Kline will be responsible for all facility operations, and the continued commitment to our partner, Colorado Department of Corrections; as well as, our new partner the Idaho Department of Correction.
