Inmate Killed At Prison In Ordway, Few Details Released |

ORDWAY, Colo. (AP) – Corrections officials are investigating after an inmate was killed at a prison in Ordway. Laurie Kilpatrick, a spokeswoman for the Colorado Department of Corrections, says an inmate was killed either Tuesday night or Wednesday morning at the all-male Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility. A fellow inmate is suspected in the death. Officials have not released the names of the two involved, and Kilpatrick declined to say how the inmate was killed.
