Work-release inmate fails to return |

Georgetown — The Delaware Department of Correction is searching for a 49-year-old man who failed to return to a community corrections center after a work release. Brian Cooper, last known to reside in Millsboro, was issued a work pass from the Sussex Work Release Center in Georgetown but failed to return May 2. Cooper is described as a white man, 5-feet, 11-inches tall, 150 pounds with green eyes and brown hair with a mustache. He has tattoos on both arms and was originally charged with second-degree robbery. Cooper also goes by the name Thor Cooper.
