GREAT FALLS - Vincent Segovia has been reported as an escapee/walkaway from the Great Falls Pre-Release Center. Segovia failed to return to the center after leaving on a community pass on Saturday, according to GFPRC staff. The Montana Correction Offender Network website (CONWEB) says that Segovia has a conviction in Missoula County for Parenting Interference. Read More. |
