Three Michigan schools will soon help inmates recieve college education |

Three Michigan colleges will participate in a program to give inmates a chance at higher education. Jackson College, Delta College and Mott Community College were selected to participate in The U.S. Department of Education's Second Chance Pell Pilot Program. It hopes to give prisoners a college education. Chris Gautz is a spokesperson for the Michigan Department of Corrections and he says Michigan has been on the forefront of educating its inmates.
