Ulster County Jail inmate charged with making terroristic threat |

KINGSTON – An inmate at the Ulster County Jail was charged Tuesday with making a terroristic threat. The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office said the inmate, Kristofer J. Surdis, 42, of Glenford, tried to send a letter threatening acts of violence against a Town of Ulster business, but it was intercepted by corrections personnel. Surdis already was in the jail due to charges of similar threats against other Ulster County businesses, the sheriff’s office said. Read More. |
