Wyoming Inmate Pendleton Dies in Torrington

Torrington – Brandy Fay Pendleton, a Wyoming inmate, died from a terminal illness on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at the Banner Health Community Hospital in Torrington, Wyoming.

Pendleton was sentenced on March 27, 2006 by Uinta County District Court Judge Dennis L. Sanderson. She was serving a life sentence for Accessory Before the Fact to First Degree Murder and a concurrent life sentence for Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder.

Pendleton was born on August 16, 1956 in Paducah, Kentucky.

As per departmental policy an autopsy has been ordered.
