Tulsa Jail inmate charged with stabbing fellow inmate in leg |

A Tulsa Jail inmate was charged Thursday with stabbing another inmate with a shank during an altercation in early April. Dominic Fermin Zechariah Starr, 26, allegedly stabbed 29-year-old Ryan Wooten in the leg on April 2. Charges allege that in addition to stabbing Wooten, Starr punched him, according to court documents. Starr has been in the jail since July 28 on accusations he stole someone's backpack at gunpoint at a south Tulsa IHOP and led officers on a pursuit that ended in a crash near 11th Street and Garnett Road.
