Wesley Williams, 39, was an inmate at Norwich Prison when his cell was searched by prison officers just two days after he had been sentenced to three months for an affray. Norwich Crown Court heard Williams was physically searched and during that a package containing drugs, including cocaine, “fell from his underwear”.
