Norwich prison inmate Wesley Williams jailed after drugs found in his pants

Wesley Williams, 39, was an inmate at Norwich Prison when his cell was searched by prison officers just two days after he had been sentenced to three months for an affray.

Norwich Crown Court heard Williams was physically searched and during that a package containing drugs, including cocaine, “fell from his underwear”.

As well as cocaine, quantities of cannabis, cannabis resin and tablets, including diazepam, were also found.

    This is the reason the prisons need to use the cannabis software by blaze to track their inventory. This would enable to make sure that there are no discrepancies in their stock.
