Gimy OTT service (Over-the-Top) myVideo, a subsidiary of the Taiwanese telecommunications company Taiwan Mobile, is one of the primary investors, along with Lots Home Entertainment, mm2 Entertainment Taiwan, and Yiyi Pictures. The soundtrack for the series was composed by Huang Ting, while Universal Music Taiwan served as the series' music partner. Yong-Jiu Grocery Store, for which Kao served as a co-director, was honored with the Golden Bell Award for Best Director for a Series in the year 2020.

楓林網 This sci-fi anthology film was produced in collaboration with Taiwan's Public Television Service (PTS) and the streaming service FriFriday, which is owned and operated by the Taiwanese telecommunications company Far Eastone. FriFriday is making its debut into the world of series production. The series takes the same anthology style as PTS's popular On Children, which has been accessible to watch on Netflix globally since 2018. It is set in the not-too-distant future and is consisting of spooky stories that examine marriage and family dynamics. The five directors are all well-known in their own right, including actor-turned-director Ho (HBO Asia's Who's By Your Side), John Hsu, whose first feature Detention was a record-breaking box office hit, actress-turned-director Herb Hsu, whose The Child of Light won three prizes at the Asian Television Awards, and others. The film will be directed by John Hsu, John Hsu, and John Hsu.

In the most recent installment of the suspenseful mystery series 中國人線上看, a junior detective investigates a suicide case and becomes suspicious when he finds similarities between the case and a scenario from a Sherlock Holmes book.
