| Description: | Correct Care Solutions (CCS), leaders in providing healthcare services to correctional facilities nationwide, is currently seeking Health Services Administrator (Program Administator) candidates for Northern State Correctional Facility in Newport, Vermont. Description: This position is a professional administrator who manages and evaluates the Health Care Delivery Program in accordance with State and Local Regulations. Ensures medical, dental, and mental health program’s activities are based upon goals, objectives, aims, and policies and procedures of CCS and the facility, and are compliant with ACA, NCCHC and State accreditation standards. Requirements: 1. Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or health related field preferred. 2. Experience in delivery and administration of correctional medical, dental, and mental health care recommended. 3. Three years administrative, management and supervisory experience. 4. Sound decision-making skills are mandatory. 5. Organizational experience in operations and planning required. 6. Experience in managing budgets and analyzing contracts preferred. 7. Strong organizational skills. 8. Must obtain and maintain security clearance. 9. Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification 10. Current VT Nursing license a plus.
