The candidate for this position will implement and maintain operating procedures and provide direct supervision to administrative and line staff. Typical duties include: * Assigns residents to Case Managers * Conducts on-the-job trainings * Oversee maintenance personnel to identify maintenance and equipment concerns * Monitor all resident financial transactions * Prepare necessary reports as requested * Monitor and supervise facility food service The right candidate will have: * BA degree in related field or equivalent experience and 1 year supervisory experience or * 5 years experience in related field and 1 year in a supervisory position (e.g. Case Manager, Parole or Probation Officer or Correctional Officer) * Successful completion of criminal background check, driver's license check and drug screening Must have LCDC License for the State of Texas to qualify for job pply at www.cornellcompanies.com |
