| Description: | LIFE SKILLS WORKER II (YO1176) The candidate for this position provides direct service work providing a full range of therapeutic services directed toward the care and rehabilitation of delinquent and dependent youth. The position assists supervisor staff in planning, organizing and directing disciplinary services. Typical duties include: * Enforces daily program / facility rules * Provides leadership to clients in the performance of activities * Provides guidance in social and emotional growth by serving as a role model * Maintains necessary records and progress reports on clients * Transports clients and families to and from the facility The right candidate will have: * A high school diploma or GED plus 2 years related experience or * Associate's degree in related field plus 1 year related experience or * Bachelor's degree |
