| Description: | Aro Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is recruiting for full time Employment Specialists at Ellsworth Correctional Institute. Responsibilities include transportation of inmates to obtain identification documentation, employment interviews, clothing or tools necessary to begin employment and/or transportation to and from a work site. Resource identification, pre-employment skill building, data collection and information management, clerical duties and assist with or facilitate the Cognitive Intervention Program, Anger Management, and Domestic Violence groups. Qualified applicant will hold a valid drivers license for a minimum of two (2) years, be required to successfully complete the Department of Corrections van driver training, have at least one (1) year of experience in employment support services, can effectively use MS Office programs, must have a minimum of two (2) years experience providing services to correctional offenders and six (6) months experience delivering services to individuals from various racial, religious, and ethnic backgrounds as well as individuals with a disability, and possess effective group facilitation skills. |
