| Description: | This position is for the new Two Rivers Detention Center preparing to open in Harden, MT. The Warden will be responsible for the overall management of the Facility in compliance with Emerald Correctional Management. He/She will directly supervise Compliance,ACA/Quality Assurance, Finance, Human Resources, and the Assistant Warden. Essential functions include coordinate and direct the total administrative programmatic activities of the facility; develop departmental budgets and monitor/control expenditures;develop and implement new and revised policies and procedures affecting finance , food service, health services, maintenance, human resources, security, programs, classification, case management and education. ensure that all policies are reviewed annually. |
| Special Instructions: | Minimum Qualifications: B.A. Correctional Management, Criminal Justice, Education, Counseling, or other related field, excellent verbal and written communication skills and ten years of administrative experience; and demonstrated administrative ability and leadership. degree requirements may be considered by completion of a career development program that includes work related experience, training, or college credits at a level of achievement equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
