| Description: | This position is for the new Two Rivers Detention Center located in Harden, MT. The Assistant Warden is responsible for the overall management of security, grievance investigations, laundry services, kitchen services, and maintenance functions in compliance with Emerald Correctional Management. The Assistant Warden will plan, coordinate, and direct the total administrative programmatic activities of the department. He/She will provide for staff training, staff performance evaluation, and implement organizational and personnel changes as approved by the warden and coordinated with the Human Resource Manager prior to implementation. The Assistant Warden will develop and implement new policies and procedures affecting security, and coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with overall facility objectives. |
