| Description: | This position is for the new Two Rivers Detention Center preparing to open in Harden, MT. The Human Resource manager is responsible for the management human resources, which includes personnel and benefits administration, staff training, EEO, and affirmative action, in compliance with federal, state and local laws, government regulations and Emerald Correctional management Policy and Procedure. Administrative skills are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English a must. Computer proficiency especially in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge/Training in Human Resources. Knowledge of federal, state and local laws pertaining to HR. Supervisory experience desirable. |
