| Description: | We are seeking a Director, Corrections Marketing to join our team. This position is located in Centerville, UT and travels extensively. This position reports directly to the vice president, corrections marketing, and is responsible for the acquisition of new business through implementation of Management & Training Corporation's corrections marketing plan. Bachelor’s degree in corrections, marketing or related field plus five years corrections or marketing experience required, three of which must be supervisory. Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements, if approved by vice president, corrections marketing. Extensive travel required. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Unless waived by management, valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.
