| Description: | Reentry Planners facilitate the Reentry and Employment Readiness Workshop to all eligible offenders prior to their release. In addition, planners must also participate in aftercare planning services for releasing offenders as part of the institutional reentry committee. Good candidates for this position must be organized, self-motivated, and able to function well independently. This position will be responsible for South Middlesex Correctional Center. Hours are Monday through Friday 8a-4p. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education or closely related field required. DOC experience preferred. Re-integration planning, employment preparation and case management experience preferred AA/EOE |
