| Description: | This position provides a continuum of parenting services for mothers being held at MCI Framingham and SMCC, in order to establish and enhance healthy parent/child relationships. A successful candidate will have working knowledge of DCF and be able to facilitate inter-agency collaboration and establish treatment goals with clients in order to support parenting goals. This candidate will also be able to motivate women to apply the parenting skills they are learning during visiting opportunities with their children. This position requires team collaboration, effective time management and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage self and make decisions in a client's crisis situation. Qualifications: BA/MA or equivalent or experience in lieu of a bachelors. Experience in criminal justice, human services, education or closely related field required. DCF experience preferred. |
