| Description: | In 1993, Spectrum established its Correctional Treatment Division to provide specialized treatment to offenders with a history of chronic substance abuse and criminal behavior. Using a cognitive-behavioral skill building and therapeutic community approach, Spectrum's correctional treatment programs teach participants practical ways to achieve a law abiding life, free from drugs and crime. Today, Spectrum provides a range of services to more than 6,500 criminal offenders each day, in community-based settings and correctional institutions throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Georgia, Tennessee, Iowa, Maine and Washington State. The Program Director is responsible for the direct management of all aspects of the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Program (RSAT) at the assigned site. This position works closely with Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services. Qualifications: •Must have two years of experience in administrative duties to include supervision of staff. •Must have minimum of two years' experience working in treatment setting. Preferred Qualifications: •LPC, LAPC, LMFT, LCSW or have Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor Certification from GACA, NAADAC and/or ICRC, Correctional experience. AA/EOE |
