| Description: | Spectrum Health Systems, Inc has an excellent opportunity for Substance Abuse Counselors in the Dallas, GA area! The Counselor provides counseling services to offenders in the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) Program. This position also works closely with Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) staff to coordinate all program services and provide information for case management/records management. Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week. Qualifications: •Must have Bachelors Degree. •Must be able to be a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor from GACA, NAADAC, or IC/RC within 1 year of hire. Preferred Qualifications: •LPC, LAPC, LMFT, LCSW or have Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor Certification from GACA, NAADAC and/or ICRC and Correctional experience. AA/EOE |
