| Description: | HEALTH SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR MEDIKO is a rapidly growing company that provides comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities. We are currently seeking a Health Services Administrator to join our Health Care Team in Virginia. The Health Services Administrator is responsible for maximizing customer retention by effectively assessing and meeting customer services needs relating to the contracted onsite medical department operations. This role helps to assure the continued growth and financial success of the company by maintaining current clients by offering clinical consultation and recommendations relating to medical department operations. Minimum Qualifications The qualified candidate must possess the ability to service customer needs by relationship-building, problem-solving, and proactive identification of opportunities to improve service. Must be able to assess customer needs and facilitate workable solutions. Requirements include: • At least 5 years of experience in managing a correctional facility with an ADP of 1,000 or more inmates • Proven track record of accomplishing ACA and/or NCCHC accreditation. • Knowledge of and ability to utilize proven customer services strategies including effective listening, problem-solving, monitoring workflow, meeting deadlines, and timely follow-up. • Must be able to monitor and analyze expenses related to the medical department. • Strong interpersonal skills; self-motivated.
