| Description: | The Manager, Computer Services ensures the secure, productive, and effective use of personal computers in the facility. Provide basic and advanced hardware and software technical support to users of personal computers and associated equipment. Coordinate personal computer services, maintenance, and training throughout the facility. This position is responsible for coordinating technical and computer-related issues with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent. Must have five years of experience in information technology, computer services, or related field which, includes at least one year in a supervisory capacity, preferred. A valid driver's license is required. Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age. CCA is a Drug Free Workplace & EOE. |
