Description: Primary Care Medical Director Needed! Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) Part-time with full employee benefits This is a great opportunity for the right person to work in Northern Minnesota and Southern Minnesota. Work 30 hours a week in the outpatient clinic at our secure residential treatment facilities in Moose Lake and St. Peter, Minnesota. Enjoy working in a team atmosphere with an experienced nursing staff dedicated to patient care and recovery. About the Organization: MSOP provides comprehensive services to individuals who have been civilly committed as sexual psychopathic personalities or sexually dangerous persons. MSOP clients have the opportunity to participate in comprehensive sex offender-specific treatment with the possibility of successful reintegration into the community. About the Opportunity: We are seeking a Physician to provide medical oversight and direction to the MSOP. Serve as the spokesperson for the Minnesota Department of Human Services regarding MSOP medical issues. Attend executive MSOP team meetings when presenting credential updates for approval and participate in monthly statewide medical executive committee meetings.
