| Description: | Consult and collaborate with Idaho Department of Correction leadership to: coordinate and integrate the role of Correctional Industries within the institutions; resolve conflicts and eliminate obstacles to achieve operational objectives •Work with Idaho Department of Labor and Department of Education and its entities to increase certified apprenticeship opportunities for inmates •Manage operations, supervise staff performance and oversee personnel-related actions in Sales & Marketing, Production and Fiscal units •Determine organizational structure and develop operational plans and procedures •Develop and ensure fiscal management of the budget to include proper long range & short term planning; administer the budget in accordance with the law •Make decisions regarding agency issues and resource allocation •Develop stakeholder partnerships, represents the agency at public gatherings, and makes presentations at various functions •Manage and execute marketing plan for $8MM enterprise •Segment marketing based on ICI and Idaho Statue Title 20, Chapter 4, Correctional Industries Act |
