We are currently seeking a Full-time Director of Nursing (DON) to join our Team at Central Florida Reception Center - South/Main Units located in Orlando, Florida. *FL Dept. of Corrections experience required. The DON provides clinical, educational and professional supervision for nursing and support staff in the correctional environment. Work under the direction of the contract manager and collaborate with mental health/medical leadership and other members of the multidisciplinary team to improve health care of incarcerated patients. | Special Instructions: | Qualifications • Florida RN license. • Current CPR Certification. • Prior nursing leadership experience preferred. • FL Dept. of Corrections experience required. • Ability to obtain security clearance, to include drug screen and background check. |
