| Description: | Located in Portland, Oregon, the Multnomah County Department of Community Justice is seeking a Senior Manager for the Adult Services Division. In this role, you will provide senior leadership to a team of 5-8 supervisors responsible for a diverse group of employees working in Probation/Parole Field Services, Transition Services and Sanctions, and Court and Family Services. You will negotiate, problem solve, and collaborate with other organizations including the Department of Corrections, Services to Children and Families, Multnomah County District Attorney's Office, State Court System, community groups, judges, other county departments, and the Oregon Association of Community Corrections Directors. As a member of the department's Senior Management Team, you will develop and implement agency-wide initiatives and policies and coordinate with other Senior Managers and community programs. This position provides leadership and philosophical direction for the wide range of services provided to adult probation/parole clients, youth and their families. |
