| Description: | These positions are offering a $3,000 bonus! Spectrum established its Correctional Treatment Division to provide specialized treatment to offenders with a history of chronic substance abuse and criminal behavior. Using a cognitive-behavioral skill building and therapeutic community approach, Spectrum's correctional treatment programs teach participants practical ways to achieve a law abiding life, free from drugs and crime. This program as a drug treatment facility serving offenders with moderate to severe substance use disorders. Under the direction of the assigned Program Director, the Counselor provides counseling services to clients in the assigned program. The provision of counseling services includes facilitation of group programming and meetings, individual counseling, case management services, and clinical documentation responsibilities. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Salary: $40,000/yr Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in the Human Services/Social Sciences/Criminal Justice field required, Master's Degree preferred. •CSAC or CADC preferred •Experience working with individuals under Criminal Justice System supervision preferred •Must be able to pass background investigation and test for illicit drug use. |
