Job Description Regional Sales Director Canteen Corrections, a Division of Compass Group North America, has a Regional Sales Director position available based in California. This professional top-performer much be an organized, self-starter who is able to work independently with multiple territories. Recipe to Succeed: The Regional Sales Director will procure foodservice accounts from new and existing clients in the corrections industry Develop new business opportunities Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations Ability to multi-task and establish priorities Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership Ability to use working knowledge of work environment to meet established goals and objectives Ability to communicate, present finding and sell at the administration "O" level 2+ yrs of Documented Success in Outside Sales (no account management) Cold Calling, Prospecting and Discipline to Develop Markets High Energy, Positive Attitude and Excellent Communication/Presentation Skills Effective Demonstration of Sales Process / Methodology Keen Listening Skills Strong Time Management & Territory Development Skills (multi-task ability) Analytical Insight to Proformas, P&L’s and Overhead Budget Aptitude to Identify Decision Maker(s) and Ascertain Buying Criteria Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus, Adobe Acrobat, ACT) Necessary Ingredients: Interested candidates should have a BA or equivalent experience A strong understanding of selling contract management services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Motivated with the desire to earn $100K This position entails 75% travel within the territory Valid driver's license Great People.
