| French Valley Inmate commits suicide |

A 31-year-old inmate hanged himself Friday at the Southwest Detention Center in French Valley, authorities said. James Anthony Hall Jr., of Lake Elsinore, was found about 3 p.m. hanging in a cell at the jail, said Riverside County Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Melissa Nieburger. Jail staff tried to revive him but he died the next morning at Rancho Springs Medical Center in Murrieta, sheriff's officials said. Read More. |
