Cheyenne – Jeffrey Davis, a Wyoming inmate, died Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Torrington after a lengthy illness. Davis was sentenced on December 5, 2011 by District Court Judge Dennis Sanderson in Lincoln County to two to six years for the offense of first degree sexual abuse of a minor. Davis was born on June 16, 1959, in Merced, Calif. As per departmental policy an autopsy has been ordered. |
