| Third inmate dies at Two Rivers Correctional Institution since December |

In the third death at Two Rivers Corrections Institution since December, the Department of Corrections said that a 31-year-old inmate died late Tuesday night. Just before midnight, inmate Damion Banks, 31, was taken by ambulance to a local hospital. He was pronounced dead minutes later. Banks entered the Department of Corrections on June 8, 2010 on three counts of rape in the third degree, one count of rape in the first degree, two counts of sex abuse and one count of child sex out of Washington and Clackamas counties.
