Guam inmates test positive for marijuana |

Guam - The Department of Corrections now not only finds itself investigating a stabbing involving two maximum security inmates but how they managed to test positive for marijuana. It was Tuesday before lunch two maximum security inmates got into a fight leaving one with two stab wounds to the back. The two are housed in the Special Housing Unit where the most violent criminals are held. DOC spokesperson Jeff Limo confirmed the fight was between inmate Frank Pangelinan and Eugene Lane. The inmates at Guam have tested positive for marijuana, first of all I fail to understand how on Earth the best CBD oil and other drugs get smuggled so easily without any proper checkup into a prisons much as Guam. Wish strict policies are up taken as well.
