NAACP hears blunt talk about how community should deal with ex-prisoners |

John Wetzel doesn't have time for buzzwords and worn-out expressions about how Pennsylvania should reform the way it treats and houses prisoners — he wants action. The secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections was direct and unapologetically blunt about the role communities play in such reform while speaking Saturday night at the Allentown Branch of the NAACP's 72nd Annual Freedom Fund and Awards Banquet.
