NASHVILLE, Tennessee — Tennessee officials say a death row inmate convicted of a 1988 murder in Campbell County has died of natural causes. Department of Correction spokeswoman Neysa E. Taylor says 61-year-old Olen E. Hutchinson was pronounced dead at 8:55 a.m. Sunday at Riverbend Maximum Security Institution in Nashville. Hutchison was convicted in 1991 in the drowning death of 46-year-old Hugh L. Huddleston of Knoxville. Read More. |
