PASCAGOULA, Mississippi -- Dustin Aubrey Larrison, the Jackson County convict who escaped from a community work center in McComb Monday morning, was captured Monday night in Pascagoula, according to a Mississippi Department of Corrections news release. Investigators with the MDOC Criminal Investigative Division apprehended Larrison shortly after 7 p.m. in the parking lot of a Pascagoula motel while he sat in a Mississippi Department of Transportation truck he used in his getaway. The release did not identify which motel. Larrison was serving a 7-year sentence after being convicted on 3 counts of burglary in Jackson County. Read More. |
