SAGINAW, Minn. - The males filed into the locker room, throwing on red aprons and rubber boots. One guy heaved a large bucket from the walk-in refrigerator. A different started the bandsaw. Then they broke down the hundreds of chickens they had slaughtered that morning &mdash slicing skin, cutting bone, weighing wings.
