An inmate died and two officers were injured after an attack at Fishkill Correctional Facility. James Miller, spokesperson for the New York State Corrections Officers PBA, said Thursday, said it took several officers to restrain him after the assault. The inmate died but it's unclear what the cause is and when he actually died. Two corrections officers were treated at a local hospital and released, he said.
