| Inmate found dead in Napa County jail |

NAPA, Calif. (AP) — Authorities say an inmate died while in custody at the Napa County Department of Corrections, though officials say they don't yet know a cause of death. The Napa Valley Register reports (http://bit.ly/1Qq8Elz ) cellmates found Bradley Allen Kent unresponsive and alerted the correctional officers Wednesday evening. Napa County Sheriff's Capt. Steven Blower says the sheriff's office is investigating the 31-year-old inmate's death. He says the sheriff's office doesn't run the county jail. Read More. |
