BOSTON —Prison tattoos are against Department of Corrections' policy, but that did not stop Aaron Hernandez from getting a prominent tattoo on his neck. When he was convicted of the murder of Odin Lloyd last month, Hernandez did not have the tattoo he was sporting at his arraignment Thursday on witness intimidation charges.
